Honest answers
Does a clean scan mean my site is EAA compliant?
No. Automated testing reliably detects roughly a third of WCAG success criteria. Konform gives you continuous monitoring and documented remediation progress — for a full conformance claim, combine it with a manual audit. We say this in every report we generate.
Which standard do you test against?
WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA rules via the axe-core engine — the criteria referenced by EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act and Germany's BFSG.
I run a small business. Does the EAA even apply to me?
Micro-enterprises (under 10 employees and under €2M turnover) are partially exempt for services — but e-commerce is in scope, enforcement differs per country, and larger customers increasingly require accessibility documentation from their vendors regardless.
Can I cancel anytime?
